A family-owned estate with fewer than 15 hectares of vines, Domaine La Barroche nevertheless features a variety of terroirs in the northern and north-eastern part of the appellation, reflecting the best in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The variety of soils, diverse grape varieties, and hundred year old vines make Domaine la Barroche stand out.

Perched at an altitude of 120 metres, leaning on its western flank of the Lampourdier Massif, the Châteauneuf-du-Pape territory stands proudly in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin plain, halfway between two prestigious cities, Avignon and Orange. A short distance away, the left bank of the Rhone reminds us that the history of this vineyard is closely linked to that of the river.
The vines of our Liberty cuvée are planted at the far southern end of the valley, which has so many stories to tell, in Caumont-sur-Durance.
In the heart of Provence, facing Mont-Ventoux and overlooking the plain, they enjoy a panoramic view of the Comtat Venaissin plain, the Pays des Sorgues, the Luberon mountains and the Alpilles range.
